Stephen Ministry is a confidential lay caring ministry offered by this congregation to anyone experiencing one of life's transitions.  People who are facing loneliness, sadness, a loss caused by death of a loved one. loss of health or job, an empty nest, will appreciate the caring presence of a Stephen Minister.

A gentle exercise program offered at Ascension on Monday and Thursday mornings, 10:30 - 11:30 am.  New friends are most welcome, no experience needed, come when you are able. 

Meets one Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm.  Any woman who has had a cancer experience is encouraged to come.  No advance notice is needed.  Please share this invitation with a woman who might benefit from knowing about the group.
